By accessing or using Beyond-CV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Beyond-CV provides voice-based candidate evaluation services. Our platform allows you to create campaigns, make automated calls to candidates, record their responses, and receive transcriptions — putting the hiring decision back in human hands.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding automated calling
• Obtain appropriate consent from candidates before voice calls
• Use the service only for legitimate hiring purposes
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities

4. Consent Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that candidates have provided appropriate consent to receive automated calls. Beyond-CV includes a consent prompt at the beginning of each call, but you should also inform candidates that they may receive an automated call as part of your application process.

5. Free Trial & Billing

Free trial accounts receive 30 minutes of call time. Additional minutes can be purchased in minute packs at any time. Purchased minutes never expire and are added to your account balance immediately upon payment.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all candidate data and recordings created through your use of the service. Beyond-CV retains ownership of the platform, software, and all related intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beyond-CV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
